In 2012, Lady Antebellum embarked on their first ever headlining world tour. They had already sold millions of records, had No.1 hits and triumphed at the Grammy Awards but this would be the first time they had taken their own show out to their fans across the globe. Spectacular staging combined with great performances ensured that the tour was a stunning success. This concert was filmed in June 2012 at the Verizon Arena in Little Rock, Arkansas at the end of the North American leg of the tour. Intercut with the full live performances are documentary excerpts depicting their life on the road, their friendship and their musical creativity. This first ever Lady Antebellum video release captures the trio at their very best and will delight their legions of fans.

Stephen Sanchez - Only Girl. An exclusive live performance for Vevo.
There’s more than a hint of retro charm to Stephen Sanchez. The California native’s brand of pop-rock, to which most of the masses were introduced by his 2021 hit “Until I Found You,” sounds more at home snugged in a dusty record collection between Buddy Holly and Sam Cooke than on an AI-curated playlist. The story of the Sanchez’ anachronistic sound is as whimsical as his smitten tunes: Grandpa had boxes of vinyl by the thousands stored in a barn, where young Stevie inevitably fell in love mid-century crooners; particularly, Elvis and Roy Orbison became his favorites. “Then my freshman year of high school happened, and girls happened,” the young-Sinatra lookalike mused to an interviewer. “And that’s when songwriting happened for me, because it was the only way I could convey a feeling to a girl.” As a singer-songwriter, relocating to fertile Nashville has catalyzed the 20-year-old’s already sparkling career. “Until I Found You” and its cute duet update with Em Beihold have more than a billion - yes, “billion” with a “b” - Spotify streams combined. 2022 EP ‘Easy On My Eyes’ doubled down on earnestly wooing fans with sounds from a bygone romantic era,. So too does “Evangeline,” his first 2023 track. Recently he promised that his Fall tour would “feel like you stepped in the ‘50s or ‘60s.” This “Only Girl” live performance is a taste of what it’s like to jump into Mr. Sanchez’ Time Machine.

Billy Idol - Eyes Without A Face. An exclusive performance for Vevo.
You could tell by the way he raged through Generation X's "Ready Steady Go" in 1978, when punk was peaking. Billy Idol filled the performance with a blend of vehement put-down and celebratory joy. Once he split from the band and went solo, that rage, along with a sweet sneer and a lot of lust, still defined his public stance. His self-titled '82 debut contained the pounding "White Wedding." It's wildly successful follow-up, cut at NYC's Electric Lady Studios, blasted along on the power of numerous hits, including "Rebel Yell," "Catch My Fall," "Flesh for Fantasy," and "Eyes Without a Face." The singer is currently celebrating the 40th anniversary of this victory, and he came into our LA studio to knock out feisty versions of the title cut and "Eyes Without A Face." In an exclusive Footnotes interview, he also explained how the latter vid was conceived and created (think graveyards and monsters). His old pal Steve Stevens was on guitar, of course. Together they put plenty of oomph in the former and bit of evil in the latter. Check the performances, and be aware that a deluxe 40th anny version of the album awaits you wherever vinyl is sold.

Luis Fonsi is celebrating a huge career milestone – his ‘Comenzaré’ debut arrived a quarter century ago. We’ve watched him grow from his humble beginnings as a young crooner into the superstar who hit the global jackpot with his Daddy Yankee-collab “Despacito,” which has turned into one of the most viewed videos of all time, netting 8.4 billion views and counting. Fonsi has made it his mission to mend broken hearts, serve as the soundtrack to many a wedding and quinceañera, and bring tears to the eyes of fans in Latin America and Spain. His new album ‘El Viaje’ is a collection of memories from a lifetime on the road. Snuggled inside melodic guitars and fetching ballads are stories about broken relationships, cities whose spirit left a mark on his soul, and even a cute tale of how he and wife Águeda López met in Andalucia. As energetic and as sweet as ever, Fonsi left his mark on Vevo’s Brooklyn studio with an exclusive live performances of "Andalucía" and “Pasa La Página ‘Panamá’”.

LETRA

Olivia Rodrigo - get him back! | Vevo Official Live Performance
Only superlatives come to mind when trying to sum up Olivia Rodrigo’s last few years. Her incredibly impactful debut ballad ‘drivers license’ goes hand in hand with words such as “most” and “best”: most streams on Spotify in a single day and week, Top 100 most-streamed songs on the platform, the Best Pop Solo Performance award at that year’s GRAMMYs. That the teen sensation could follow the “drivers license” craze with “good 4 u,” “deja vu,” and ultimately her debut album ‘SOUR’ - all now equally beloved - was the first sign that the pop world had a rarified capital S Superstar on its hands. You can forget about that dreaded sophomore slump too. Thanks in part to her trusty producer sidekick Dan Nigro, ‘GUTS’ elevates all the ingredients that really popped in ’SOUR,’ the 90s slacker rock guitar arrangements and riffs, the theater-kid earnestness, the talkative asides. There’s one key thematic difference. “Lots of the new songs are about growing up rather than breakups,” Olivia proudly stated recently. When we linked up with her at the Million Dollar Theater in LA, not only had her wattage grown brighter, her command of the stage and camera were somehow even stronger than before. The chosen acoustic slant of “get him back!” doesn’t take away from its puckish edge. In fact, it feels like you’ve crashed the band's rehearsal sesh, where you’re happily stomping and clapping along in the corner while they make a some magic.

Gracie Abrams - Free Now | Vevo Extended Play
The world got to know Gracie Abrams this year. More importantly, she got to know herself quite a bit better too. That’s the story behind ‘The Secret of Us,’ the singer-songwriter’s lush, confessional, and revelatory second album. The 13-song project arrived this summer in the wake of successful singles “Risk” and “Close to You,” a pair of tracks that stuck a couple toes out from under the whispery quilt of her previous work. An emergence from her shell was foreshadowed: Listeners could find jubilant synths, assertively strummed guitars, and toe-tapping tempos on 2021’s “Mess It Up” and in pockets of her debut album ‘Good Riddance.’ This is an artist who once considered songwriting and singing a “private practice.” During our Extended Play short film, the LA native reflects on how her withdrawn vocal style stemmed from a desire “not to be heard” while practicing and writing in her bedroom. These days, Gracie’s getting heard a lot. ‘The Secret of Us’ debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200. And this will be two autumns in a row that she’s opening for Taylor Swift. Followers are already responding in a huge way to these Vevo versions of songs from the album. The stirring “I Love You, I’m Sorry” take that we captured in Valentine Studios spread like wildfire across TikTok with more the 100k creates in the days following its premiere, quickly making it a high point of our young Extended Play series. Why did it resonate so well? We have a theory: fans can tell that Gracie is ready - more than ever - to show the world her true self.

Imagine Dragons - Nice To Meet You | Vevo Extended Play
Our Extended Play series is tailor made for a band like Imagine Dragons. On the one hand, the pop-rockers' scale and ambition can barely be contained by the stadiums they regularly sell out. For the group behind ubiquitous hits like “Thunder,” “Radioactive,” and “Believer,” success is measured in millions and billions. Such impact can feel impenetrable, but our performance-interview series is all about pulling back the curtain a bit. And on the other hand there’s singer Dan Reynolds. An open book, he’s the band’s primary songwriter, and a fascinating one at that. We saw that up close when we linked up with ID at Conway Studios, where Reynolds, guitarist Wayne Sermon, and bassist Ben McKee created their latest album, ‘LOOM,’ under the guidance of producers Mattman & Robin. “Nice To Meet You” was the final song written for the project, but ultimately became a single. Fans will love seeing this intimate performance of the track; it’s charmingly looser than the recorded version. “It should feel like party,” said Dan in rehearsals. Celebrations have only just begun - more performances and a revealing interview is on the way.

The EUROVISION SONG CONTEST 2024 in Malmö, Sweden, once again presented itself with a breathtaking stage concept and numerous technical innovations in the show area. The delegations were able to perform in all directions on a massive cross-shaped stage. The negative space above the stage was artistically enchanted with 199 C1 chain hoists. The five central video cubes were playfully surrounded by 20 massive light pods equipped with Ayrton Rivale moving lights. Of course, this was only a part of the well over 2,000 light fixtures that were used. Ola Melzig (Senior Technical Director), Florian Wieder (Set Designer) and above all Fredrik Stormby (Light & Screen Content Designer) explain for EventElevator the challenges and tools they used to ensure that SVT and EBU were able to thrill millions of viewers worldwide. Furthermore, Head of Sound Oskar Johannson adds some facts about the sound setup in the Malmö Arena.
Check out the individual performances of the delegations via the EUROVISION YouTube channel. It's worth it, because the camera work is some of the best ever seen at EUROVISION SONG CONTEST.

Glass Animals - Creatures in Heaven | Vevo Official Live Performance
Watch The Extremely Existentially Late Show: https://youtu.be/oHsEVz3X1dQ
It takes a strong artistic identity to shoulder both indie cred and pop appeal. Good thing there’s nothing fragile about Glass Animals. The UK quartet led by Dave Bayley hit the ground running when they crafted two beloved electro-pop albums: 2014’s gossamer debut ‘ZABA’ and 2016’s kaleidoscopic 'How To Be A Human Being.' For years, hip festival crowds swayed and stepped to “Gooey,” “Black Mambo,” and “Pork Soda.” Then came ‘Dreamland’ and its gargantuan single, “Heat Waves.” To make a hit so massive - it literally holds the title for longest run on the Billboard Hot 100 chart ever, and pretty much any streaming record imaginable for an “indie” band - is an accomplishment typically reserved for the “in your wildest dreams, pal” section of life. Such success can weigh a band down. It can also free more dreams. The new ‘I Love You So F**cking Much,’ arrives as the band has settled into what Bayley called the “beautiful roller coaster” of the past few years. He wrote much of the new music "quickly," while isolated in an Airbnb on LA's Mulholland Drive, and in “Creatures In Heaven,” you can hear a “be in the moment” message. The theme of removed perspective weaves right into our collab with the Brit lads. Their space capsule has landed on a far-away red planet, but the ‘60s-style TV show must go on. Have fun with this take on “Creatures In Heaven," and expect more performances to beam in from outer space at any moment…
I LOVE YOU SO F***ING MUCH.
Our fourth studio album. Out now.

Gracie Abrams - I Knew It, I Know You | Vevo Extended Play

Conan Gray - Never Ending Song. An exclusive performance for Vevo.
On the title-track opener of his breathless third album, ‘Found Heaven,’ Conan Gray delivers his thesis more as a reminder than a statement. Whether it’s for himself or for his sizable and obsessed audience, who love the Texas native for the escapism his music provides, doesn’t really matter. When the horn blares, ‘Found Heaven’ races through a world he created out of ’80s Brit Pop, New Wave, and, hmmm… is that a little ‘Sam’s Town’-era Killers we hear? It's not until “Alley Rose” that the album takes a ballad break, which should reiterate the wicked propulsion of the first act, which comprises “Never Ending Song,” “Fainted Love,” and “Lonely Dancers.” Listeners who know the power of “Heather” - you know, the track that has 1.6 BILLION Spotify streams - will mark that their man has once again flexed his power ballad skills. Viewers of this performance will do the same, with the added bonus of seeing emotion he brings to the table. More from heaven on the way.

Chappell Roan - Red Wine Supernova (Live) | Vevo DSCVR Artists to Watch 2024
In 2012, a newly-minted teen named Kayleigh was watching ‘Katy Perry: Part of Me’ and having a moment. “I just thought it looked so fun to do that on stage,” she remembers about the day Chappell Roan was born. The power of pop music had always been a useful escape hatch, taking her from the small town of Willard, Missouri to a larger, more accepting world. Her first concert was a bill of Miley Cyrus with Jonas Brothers opening. Seminal pop totems such as Lady Gaga’s ‘The Fame,’ Kesha’s “Don’t Stop,” and Rihanna’s ‘ANTI’ soundtracked her formative years. Take it from Chappell: “It was an amazing time to be tween.” Her subsequent journey, from the Midwest to Los Angeles, from a teenage girl fearful of how people might judge her sexuality to a fully-throated LGBTQ+ activist, is well-documented in her musical world-building. Over the past few years, her undeniable “Pink Pony Club” has been a staple at drag bars, where queens and crowds gleefully sang “Oh Mama, I’m just having fun/on the stage in my heels/it’s where I belong.” Subsequent singles backed up that breakout track’s promise of unabashed pleasure and righteous inclusion. The scintillating “Naked In Manhattan” details an evening of gal pals evolving into lovers. “Casual” wonders if doing it in the back seat and meeting the parents makes two people more than friends. Feels like ‘The Rise and Fall of A Midwest Princess’ is the culmination of a journey that the singer says is currently “in a sweet spot.” Most of that debut album bursts with pulsing synths, anthemic refrains, and hilariously horny one-liners. Smack dab in the middle, however, are “Picture You” and “Kaleidoscope,” a pair of ballads that reveal impressive musical range. We caught up with Chappell in the middle of the Midwest Princess tour. Local drag queens open each show, making it a party for all. Next year, she’ll be bringing that carefree jubilation to Olivia Rodrigo’s concert audiences. For now, let these dazzling “Casual” and “Red Wine Supernova” DSCVR ATW performances inspire your inner pop star.

Bryant Barnes - I'd Rather Pretend | Vevo DSCVR Artists To Watch 2025
Bryant Barnes delivers scorching emotions with icy ease. His debut project, ‘VANITY,’ is like an Arctic glacier: beautifully complex, ever-changing, and a little bit dangerous. Those who have explored its curves and edges are left with a profound connection to murky and plaintive tracks such as “Don’t Want A Love Song,” “Adore You,” and standout piano ballad “I’d Rather Pretend.” As with natural phenomena, Barnes’ burgeoning popularity is the result of smaller but equally important moments in time; one doesn’t earn millions of views on TikTok and YouTube in a vacuum. Born in Texas, young Bryant spent his childhood moving between states. The only constant was music, starting with classical piano lessons at the age of six. High school orchestra and a stint with the cello further honed his omnivorous skills. Inherently, he began to mix in personal taste. XXXTENTACION, Mac Miller, and Joji songs suited the somber and smooth glide of his own voice. These covers exploded on social media. Like most of Gen-Z, Barnes moonlights as a master self-marketer. His airport piano rendition of Hans Zimmer’s modish ‘Interstellar’ theme has likely scrolled onto your phone screen. “You have to take yourself seriously as an artist for other people to follow your vision,” he divulged at the Artists To Watch 2025 shoot. Wise advice. We’re pretty serious about our own vision: seeing the name Bryant Barnes up in lights for a long time.

Halsey - Hometown | Vevo Official Live Performance
If you found yourself on Halsey’s Instagram in October 2024, you’d have a hard time finding Halsey anywhere. Instead, you’d come face to face with Dolly Parton, Bruce Springsteen, Joni Mitchell and… oh, wait that IS Halsey! Fans have long marveled at the pop virtuoso’s world building skills (who could forget the ornate, gothic scenery of 2021’s ‘If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power?’), but it feels like Halsey has taken the biggest creative swing of her career with ‘The Great Impersonator.’ She labels it a “confessional concept album.” As the October 25 release day approached, fans watched her inhabit a kaleidoscope of musical heroes. That was only the beginning. We decided to take the nostalgic trip one step further with these Official Live Performances, seeking to answer the questions: “What if Halsey arrived in a different time? What if she recorded in the 1970s, 80s, 90s or early 2000’s?” So we built four interconnected stages reflective of each decade - with vintage outfits and instruments to match. We captured the action on 35mm film for that timeless feel. Leaning into personal authenticity, Halsey did her own makeup. Team Vevo and Team Halsey’s long history of collaboration allowed this to be one of the series’ most ambitious shoots. The fun kicks off on album release day, and spills into the next week. Here’s the details:
10/25 - Panic Attack
10/28 - Hometown
10/29 - Ego
10/30 - Lonely is the Muse
